Brave New Wine "Mates and Lovers" Pet Nat 2023

Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer picked early, combined at the crusher and allowed to soak on skins for a few hours for colour, flavour and texture before being pressed to tank for 100% natural fermentation. Bottled near the end of fermentation for natural carbonation with no additives.
Fizzy fruit tingles, strawberries and cream and toffee apple palate reined in by fresh natural acidity.
