The original Cosmo house saison open fermented & aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Bottled in the Spring of ‘23 and conditioned 12 months before release in Spring ’24.

Dry and spritzy with light fresh acid. Balanced stone fruit aroma and subtle hop bitterness. Made with 100% NSW Riverina grains and Central West hops.
