Defialy 'Vin June' Savagin 2022

Since 2022 Defialy have been making savagnin and every year they've held back 1-2 barrels for extended oxidative ageing - inspired by the great vin jaune of the jura, the current release is at 4 years untopped, with the view to get it up to the +6 yrs of vin jaune.
