Dilworth and Allain Dash Farms Chardonnay 2024

Hand picked, pressed slowly and fermented in barrel, of which 20% were new. Aged on lees for 12 months before being racked and blended, then aged for a further 3 months on fine lees in tank, prior to bottling. This wine offers aromas of lemon rind, yellow grapefruit, fresh nectarine, toasted almonds, struck match and sourdough. This is a powerful wine with layers of flavour and complexity with  fresh citrus flavours leading the way. Its textural yet compact and has a long lasting flavour……..
