Ruby red in colour and smells of raspberries, licorice, baking spices, game meat and dried flowers. It is tight and svelte with a refreshing fruity energy running through despite being a more full bodied style. It goes from blue to red fruits in the mouth supported all the way with a sheath of fine tannin.
