Fedellos do Couto Testoiro is a barrel-fermented blend of Doña Branca and Godello from slate and gneiss soils in Ribeira Sacra. Wild fermentation, 30 days on skins and eight months in seasoned French oak create a textured, savoury white with remarkable depth and freshness.
