Coming from 4 parcels across Vaillons with the average vine age being 60-years-old. This is seemingly the most ‘exotic’, perhaps not in terms of weight but aromatics. Hints of honey suckle and beeswax on the nose with a wealth of fruit on the palate. Delicious.
