A rare Chardonnay made from the few bunches that survived across Ganevat's vineyard holdings due to severe frost. Drawn from Jura's marl and limestone soils, it combines remarkable power with precision. White flowers, citrus and crisp apple lead into smoky flint, layered with saline minerality and a driving line of acidity that carries through an incredibly long finish.
