Les Dolomies 'La Cabane' Pinot Noir 2023

'Les Dolomies' is a reference to Passenans’ dolomitic rock, a salty magnesium-rich limestone, where the grapes are grown. This is a typical Jura style Pinot Noir, bright and crunchy. It displays some vegetal flavours with bramble fruit and refreshing rustic tannins.
