Michel Delhommeau's Domaine Les Vignes Saint Vincent is a 25 hectares estate in Muscadet Serve et Maine and Cru Monnieres Saint-Fiarce. Cuvee Feif Seigneur, a single vineyard site, is located on gneiss soil, the wine spends 14 months on lees in underground vats prior to bottling.

This is a cracker. The unique terroir produces a mineral laden, precise and fresh wine with phenomenal length. And the perfect accompaniment to oysters.
