This is the first release of this wine. This blend of Nero d'Avola and Moscato Giallo balances bright fruit, savoury minerality and fresh acidity. Semi-carbonic fermentation preserves finesse and structure, creating a light, complex red that is effortlessly drinkable and distinctly expressive.
