Saint-Gall Brut Tradition Champagne NV

Saint-Gall is a Champagne House founded in 1966 by a set of Grand Cru and Premier Cru Champagne growers. A blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir lends a buoyant and fluffy mousse that holds well over a pale straw coloured base. Aromatics of baked bread, citrus and yeast lees with subtle toast and almond notes.
