This is one of the world’s most prized salts. It’s the lightest and most delicate of the salts produced by Sal de Anana. Thanks to a unique location, Flor de Sal has a more complex, mineral and iodine flavour than most salt. Best used as a finish salt with a touch of extra virgin olive oil.
