These single vineyard wines continue to highlight the most compelling blocks from Shaw + Smith’s own vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, where they practice an organic, regenerative farming approach, that aims to maximise soil health and microbiology. By increasing vine density for these single vineyards and improving soil health, the Shaw + Smith vineyard team reduce yield per vine, maximising fruit quality, and consistency across these unique sites. The results are evident in the wines.
