Tampopo Objet Roussane 2025

Roussanne from the Humis vineyard, whole-bunch pressed and barrel-fermented. By itself, the Roussanne was delivering potent apple/lemon drop flavour at low alcohol, but a seven-week skin-contact treatment of Vermentino - here as Rolle - delivers some structure and drive. Both components were raised in old barriques on fine lees for 9 months before coming together.
