Vales Verjuice has the faintest pink tinge, after all it was made from unripened Hunter Valley Shiraz grapes. This has a sweet tart taste with hints of Granny Smith and grape juice, fancy that! It can be used in variety of dishes as a substitute or with lemon juice or vinegar, enhancing the flavours of Asian, Middle Eastern and European cuisine.
