Collection: Vales Wines

Edgar Vales is the mastermind behind Vales Wines. Born in France, Edgar grew up in Lisbon and moved to Sydney with family at the age of 15. Wine has been a part of Edgar’s life since he can remember, specifically picking grapes with his dad and uncles to make wine. Vales Wines is a simple concept – Edgar strives to make wines that are a little different, accessible, and super drinkable. This is done by sourcing grapes that are sustainably grown and keeping things simple when the winemaking begins.
